Converting Standard Form to Decimal Form
To convert a number from standard form back to decimal notation, move the decimal point according to the exponent.
A positive exponent moves the decimal point to the right:

A negative exponent moves the decimal point to the left:
4.6 Γ 10β3 = 0.0046
